Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Hana Market, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in EU/EEA) to use Hana Market. By signing up you confirm you meet this requirement.

• You are responsible for keeping your phone number and credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• One person, one account. Fake accounts may be removed.

You agree not to list:

• Counterfeit, stolen, or illegal goods
• Weapons, drugs, tobacco, alcohol (where prohibited)
• Services other than physical goods (where restricted by local law)
• Anything that infringes third-party intellectual property

You agree to honor the price and condition you advertise.

You will not:

• Harass, threaten, or use hate speech toward other users
• Send unsolicited commercial messages (spam)
• Share other users` personal information
• Attempt to defraud (fake escrow, advance-fee scams, etc.)

We may read reported chats for safety enforcement.

• You retain ownership of content (photos, listings, messages) you post.
• You grant Hana Market a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content only as needed to operate the App.
• Hana Market trademarks and software are owned by us. You may not copy, decompile, or redistribute the App.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or applicable law. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Hana Market is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of <city>, Uzbekistan, except where mandatory consumer-protection law requires otherwise.

Material changes will be posted in-app at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

Hana Market is designed for local community-based trading.

• Users must provide accurate and truthful location information.
• Fake, misleading, or manipulated locations are prohibited.
• Hana Market may limit or restrict access in certain regions or countries.
• Users are responsible for meeting safely and protecting their personal safety during transactions.

Hana Market may review listings, profiles, and chats to maintain platform safety and compliance.

• We may remove listings that violate these Terms or applicable law.
• We may suspend, restrict, or permanently block accounts involved in fraud, spam, harassment, scams, or suspicious activity.
• Repeated violations may result in permanent account removal.

• Buyers and sellers are solely responsible for payments, deliveries, meetings, and agreements.
• Users should verify products and sellers before completing transactions.
• Hana Market is not responsible for losses, damages, fraud, failed deliveries, or disputes between users.
