Hana Market ("we", "our", "the App") is a peer-to-peer neighborhood marketplace operated by Hana Group.

How we use your data

Provide and operate the marketplace (listings, chats, search).
Authenticate you (OTP via SMS).
Show you geographically relevant content.
Detect fraud, abuse, and policy violations.
Diagnose crashes and improve performance.

        We never sell your personal data. We do not use your data for behavioral advertising.

Data retention

Account data: kept while your account is active.
Deleted accounts: purged within 30 days of deletion request, except where retention is legally required (financial records, fraud investigations).
Chat messages: retained for as long as both parties keep their accounts.
Crash reports: auto-deleted after 90 days.

Your rights

You can, at any time, from in-app Settings → Account → Delete Account:

Edit your profile
Delete your account (irreversible)

Users additionally have the right to:

Access, rectify, or erase personal data.
Restrict or object to processing.
Data portability.
Lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority

To exercise these rights, email from the address associated with your account.

Children

Hana Market is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We will post material changes in-app at least 30 days before they take effect and notify you via the email or phone number on your account.
